Only attempt this if the weather is clear and the currents are safe

From Nut Ton Ton / Dapunlol / Panun Paradise Homestays:
Long Boat
Long boat is another option if staying at homestays further away or if you didn’t want to kayak
The best option would be to tack Defalen Peak onto a longer day tour
The cost for the boat is usually charged as a day hire or as a part of a tour with multiple stops organised through the homestay
This would typically be around 3,000,000 to 4,000,000 IDR and can be split amongst passengers
The best way to approach this would be to message your homestay on whatsapp in advance to get an understanding of pricing

General Tips
Note that the area is only accessible via boat.
You can kayak or get a long boat to a small wooden jetty on the north side of the island.
From the jetty it is around a 15 - 20 minute walk up to the top of Dafalen Peak.
The stairs up are extremely steep, widely spaced wooden planks, which are generally in poor condition, so make sure to take your time.
Once up there you have views to the north of Yammini and Yapap homestays as well as views to the south side of the famous Dafalen Love Lagoon.
Note that there is no guard rails up at the top of the viewpoint to prevent slipping or tripping over the cliff edge.
To swim in the lagoon itself you would have to go back down from the peak and kayak around to the south side of the island.
